Labor and Service on all windows, doors, screens, and other products is warranted to be covered for five years from date of installation. This warranty applies to original purchaser. After five years, a trip charge and labor charge at prevailing rates will apply to work on the products not reimbursable by the window manufacturer.
This warranty can be transferred one (1) time to a subsequent owner. The additional warranty period will be one year from the date of the sale of the property to the next owner. The original purchaser must notify NSE Windows of the date of the property sale and the new homeowner’s name within 30 days of the sale date.
