Program Options for NSE-Installed vs. Customer-Installed Projects

·      NSE-Installed Projects: Full-service installations performed by NSE’s factory-trained and certified teams, backed by the highest level of integrated quality assurance from start to finish.

·      Customer-Installed Projects: Customers or their chosen contractors handle installation, but still gain access to NSE’s expert QAP support, including technical guidance, inspections, and warranties. This option provides added confidence and professional oversight not typically available from other

dealers.

The program includes detailed pre- and post-installation jobsite walkthroughs by factory-trained Technical Consultants, photo-documented Quality Assurance Reports, custom flashing guidance, real-time best practices training, and fast-tracked service resolution. Available in four tiers — Foundation, Preferred, Preferred PLUS, and Premier — the QAP delivers escalating levels of support, including NSE Certified Installation Warranties and up to five years of annual tune-ups.
