Our factory-trained Technical Consultants perform a detailed jobsite walkthrough before siding and interior trim are applied. They assess manufacturing quality, verify proper installation, document conditions with photographs, and identify any potential warranty issues. After the walkthrough, the consultant meets directly with the Project Manager to review findings, implement immediate adjustments, and address concerns on the spot.

Even after project completion, our dedicated Service Department fast-tracks any needed parts and follows every job through to full resolution. The goal of our QAP is to ensure the lasting performance, beauty, and reliability of every Marvin window and door installation. Ron Graziano brings more than 30 years of exceptional expertise in the window, door, storefront, curtainwall, and architectural metals industries — a depth of specialized knowledge and leadership that is exceptionally rare in both the fenestration industry and the New York metropolitan market.

Ron is a recognized Quality Assurance pioneer. He has developed and personally led comprehensive, hands-on installation training programs that incorporate industry best practices, delivering real-time on-site training and ongoing project support to ensure flawless execution in the field.

Prior to joining NSE Windows, Ron held senior international leadership responsibility as Service Manager for a premier manufacturer of high-end, bespoke windows and doors. In this role, he oversaw large-scale service operations, quality control, and installation standards across the United States and Caribbean markets, significantly deepening his expertise in ultra-premium fenestration systems and world-class installation methodologies.

With over 35 years as a highly organized leader and director in the construction and fenestration industries, Ron brings an exceptional standard of precision — enhanced by his background as a licensed aircraft mechanic — that sets him apart in our field.
